The program serves high school students in Middletown, Chester, Clinton, Deep River, Durham, East Hampton, Essex, Guilford, Haddam, Killingworth, Madison, Middlefield, Portland, Rocky Hill, Old Saybrook, and Westbrook.

How long have you worked for MPS?
Dan: This is my 20th year working in the district.
What's something that you LOVE about your job?
Dan: I love designing new opportunities for students to learn and grow. We have an incredibly creative and thoughtful team of professionals. I love collaborating with them.
What's something that makes you HOPEFUL for the future of MPS and/or our students?
Dan: We as a district continue to innovate and strengthen our practices. I find the greatest hope when I see students finding success in classes and beyond.
What's something that you think might SURPRISE others about your job?
Dan: I am in schools daily to work with staff and students.
